About De Lucia Family Dental Practice
Our History
Dr. De Lucia grew up in Pinellas County and graduated from the IB Program at St. Petersburg High School. Later, she graduated summa cum laude from University of Florida with a BS in Environmental Engineering. After working several years as an engineer, she found her true calling, dentistry, a field in which she could combine her appreciation of art with her engineering background.
She excelled at NSU’s College of Dentistry. She was class president her junior and senior year and was awarded the Mc Carthur Award for leadership in the field of dentistry. Dr. De Lucia graduated in the top 5% of her class.
After graduation Dr. De Lucia worked for several years with experienced dentists, combining their best practice techniques with her own. When the right practice and location presented itself, she opened De Lucia Family Dental, where she offers quality general and cosmetic dentistry. Her professional expertise, gentle approach and friendly manner make De Lucia Family Dental an inviting place to restore and maintain healthy teeth and gums.
Dr. De Lucia has been happily married to Paul De Lucia, AP, DOM, for over 20 years and have two children whom they adore.
